Deep Tissue / Fascia Release Massage

1 hr€100

For deep tension, stiffness and stress held in the body.
This treatment combines deep tissue massage and fascia release to help reduce pain, improve mobility and support nervous system regulation. I work slowly and intentionally, using firm pressure where needed while allowing your body space to respond rather than forcing the process.
Suitable for chronic tension, neck, shoulder and back pain, restricted movement, stress-related tightness, or when you simply need a reset.

Kobido Face Massage

1 hr€105

A deeply relaxing, Kobido-inspired massage combining traditional facial massage techniques with my background in deep tissue and fascia release.
The treatment focuses on the face, jaw, neck and surrounding tissues, using flowing movements alongside deeper, more targeted work to release areas of tension and help soften the body.
It’s a session designed to slow you down, bring your attention back into your body, and help you get out of your head. A combination of relaxation, facial stimulation and deeper work around the neck and face.

Prenatal Massage

1 hr€100

A supportive massage for pregnancy, created to help you feel more comfortable in your changing body.
The session is done in a safe side-lying position and focuses on areas that often carry extra tension during pregnancy back, hips, shoulders, legs and feet. The pressure can still be firm, but always gentle and adapted to you.
Helps with muscle tension, heaviness, water retention, stress and sleep.

Please note: prenatal massage is available from the 12th week of pregnancy.

Nervous system regulation bodywork

2 hrs€195

A slow, full-body session combining my experience in deep tissue massage and myofascial release, with a focus on areas that can hold a lot of tension and are closely connected to breathing and relaxation.

Particular attention is given to the diaphragm, belly and neck, using fascia release and slower, intentional touch. Working with the diaphragm can support a fuller, easier breath, while releasing tension around the belly, neck and head can help create a greater sense of ease in the body.

The extra time allows the session to unfold without rushing creating space to slow down, reconnect with your body and support nervous system regulation.

Myofascial Energetic Release

1 hr 15 mins€120

M.E.R. technique (Myofascial Energetic Release or energy release of connective tissue) is a unique body work well-being technique, that helps relieve pain by releasing the natural ability of the body to rebalance itself by breath, touch and movement through the muscle fascias.
MER invites active participation in your healing journey, combining deep tissue work, joint manipulation, and mindful practices. It's a holistic approach that recognises the link between our bodies and inner emotions.
