Prenatal Massage

A supportive massage for pregnancy, created to help you feel more comfortable in your changing body.
The session is done in a safe side-lying position and focuses on areas that often carry extra tension during pregnancy back, hips, shoulders, legs and feet. The pressure can still be firm, but always gentle and adapted to you.
Helps with muscle tension, heaviness, water retention, stress and sleep.

Please note: prenatal massage is available from the 12th week of pregnancy.
